Automotive Workshop: The 1140 hp Heart of a Hypercar - Inside Koenigsegg (Drive)

In this eighth episode of Drive Networks' 'Inside Koenigsegg' series, Christian Von Koenigsegg talks us through the development and engineering process which gave birth to the glorious one-off V8 that delivers 1140 thrills and chills in the new Agera R. Magnificently awesome.

Car Pron: Jaguar F-Type: Road Test Review (XCAR)

While I'm not a convertible guy, this thing has been catching my eye since conceptualization. Now that I can see it in the moving metal I'm definitely convinced this is the best Jag to get your hands on (if you have a ~90k budget ready and waiting). New era E-Type rear end and new Jag front; quite lovely. Well done, chaps.

Car Pron: Frank Tore Evensen - BMW E30 325 Twinturbo (Hesleskaug)

For those of you not familiar with the Norwegian enthusiast scene, they've been turning out dope driver cars for some time now. Specifically, there are some really special E30's. This is one of those cars that's been circulating E30 forums for a few years now. One of those choice cars that really makes me consider a turbo setup.

Stay sharp out there, as the award winning Senna Documentary is airing tonight (Thursday) on NBCSN, followed by a replay of the Monaco Grand Prix from last weekend. If you haven't watched it, you need to; so many cool home videos and footage that you never knew was being recorded, from his racing career, were integrated into the film. Isle of Man TT action is back for 2013! New same-day recaps are airing all week at 10pm on Velocity through next Saturday.

Enjoy your weekends and prepare for the cicadas. Yes, they're on the way to fly right into your cabin and paint.

Neo-Vintage: Ferrari 250 GT Lusso Morning Ritual (Petrolicious)

We love vintage sports cars and one of our favorite marks of yesteryear is Ferrari and the lovely, small-displacement, high-revving, sonorous V-12's that found their way into the engine bays of various hand built coupes and GT's five decades ago. This short film looks at the ownership experience of a very fortunate Ferrari 250 GT Lusso owner; there aren't many of these late 60's beauties out there anymore and he bought at the right time. Absorb the lesson here from James Chen on taking advantage of those future classics out there that are still very affordable. Carpe opportunitas.
