Short and sweet this week -- Hamilton is in cruise control with another strong podium finish, Bottas is still sharp, but not sharper than Hams, Vettel had a better time in this Shell collaboration with Hammond and May than in the race, Renault can be fast in a straight line, but no one is as fast as Ferrari is in a straight line. Max had another bad weekend, but made lemonade on race day taking 8th, Giovinazzi took 9th in his home GP, Albon is settling into the RBR taking 6th. Norris took the last point which was good because the other McLaren blew a power unit. And finally, Leclerc is the new Ferrari number one, taking his second win in a row, a win in Monza in front of the tifosi and Ferrari management. He held off advances from Hamilton and Bottas, both on medium tires while he ran hards. This was a track that suited the Scuderia, but you still have to make it happen. With the checkered flag dropped, the Driver's Championship standings are as follows: Hamilton, Bottas (-63), Verstappen (-99), Leclerc (-102), Vettel (-115),  Gasly (-219). This brings our season to Singapore, where downforce will come back into premium. Merc was no where close to Ferrari on the long straights of Monza, but managed to finish 2-3 against Ferrari's 1-13, which was a net 9pt gain in the constructors. This will also be an opportunity to see how good of a car Renault has developed; it's looked better in the last couple races, along with Racing Point for that matter. This weekend should be another exciting race, especially if Ferrari and Red Bull keep things interesting.

Enjoy your motorsport weekends.
