The Mercedes-Benz' arch-nemesis to the E30M3, the 190E 2.3-16v was quite the performer in its own right, and unlike the BMW you don't have to spend a buttock-clenching price to acquire (if you can find one). Keeping boxy classics like these on the road will always get a tip of the cap from us.
