A lovely Memorial Day weekend lies ahead of us, but there's some serious events to look forward to as well as the outdoor festivities in honor of our country's passed veterans. F1 is back at em' after another crazy podium, with Kimi becoming the Hams of the first couple races with some very good consistency. Another first time race winner had his country's anthem played, one Pastor Maldonado, making this one of the most fascinating seasons to date. Hams qualified as he always does, but ended up at the very back of the field due to penalties beyond his control. He pulled a whodini and two stopped his car to four Driver's Championship points. Now the gang is heading to my favorite circuit of all time, Monaco. Passing is scarce, qualifying is almost everything and the spectacle will be first class as always. Lastly the world renowned Indianapolis 500 will be run on Sunday afternoon, with Ryan Brisco starting from pole, qualifying a little over two thousandth of a second faster than James Hinchcliffe. Absolutely incredible. Well ladies and gents, get your grills, foods and DVRs ready. Enjoy the weekend.
